I'm Saimon. I run Agrade Prestasi, an MDEC-recognised AI engineering practice in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. I'm not a traditional software engineer — my edge is product thinking plus the speed of shipping with AI tools, and knowing exactly where that combination breaks. Everything I write on this site comes from building, not from theory.

What I've actually built
- Kira — a bookkeeping app I use every day for my own companies. A chat interface where you tell it what you spent in plain language; the LLM asks what it needs, records the double-entry behind the scenes, and remembers your recurring bills and vendors — so you never think about which sub-category of expenses, assets, or liabilities a bill belongs to.
- PharmAssist — a multi-agent pharmaceutical workflow benchmark built across CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, and custom MCP servers.
- RAG and retrieval systems, custom MCP integrations, and multi-agent pipelines — the same patterns I now audit in other people's builds.
- AI video and UGC production pipelines using Higgsfield and ElevenLabs.
- This site and everything on it — written, designed, and shipped solo with Claude Code.
Method
How I work
I build with Claude Code and Codex daily. AI writes most of the first draft of everything I ship; the judgment about what to build, what to kill, and what's actually production-ready is the human part. I've killed more projects than I've launched, and I write about both.
